Good to know

Honey questions, answered simply.

What is the difference between Manuka and Jarrah?

Manuka is known for its aromatic, herbaceous character and MGO grading. Jarrah comes from Western Australian forests and is prized for a smooth, deep amber flavour with TA grading.

How should I store my honey?

Keep the lid closed and store your jar at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Natural crystallisation can occur and does not affect quality.

Where is your honey sourced?

Our collection is sourced in Australia, with Jarrah honey harvested in Western Australia and Manuka selected from Australian tea tree regions.

Is honey suitable for infants?

Honey should not be given to children under 12 months of age. If you have dietary or health questions, speak with a qualified health professional.
